Self is Sufficiency is the cornerstone of Survival, Since the Emancipation of Black folks in America, the Black person has been under serviced, and under protected by America’s dominate governing body. “Pull yourself up by your bootstraps” is a term commonly used to deflect the reality that Black communities have been / are consistently excluded from civil protections, and resources to supplement, sustain, and grow their communities like most to all other tax paying citizens. It is made to seem that our economic and social misfortunes are the results of education deficiencies and a lack of internal drive and physical equity. The Blackman Builder Group seeks to alleviate these sort instances at their core in utilizing applications of technology to organize and build pools of resources for the advancement of it members. 

The purpose of this group is to further all platforms, initiatives, and activities, that enrich and empower the lives of Black Men. The objectives of this group shall be:

• To Organize Black Men specifically in Buffalo for the purpose of enriching and empowering them and their families life.
• Cultivate the processes necessary for Black Men to begin developing Agendas that are creatively designed and uniquely theirs in regard to the development of their local economies, and Communities. 
• Stand as the point of contact, support system, and Facilitator for all matter relevant to Black Men.
  

Beginning with taking a stock inventory of the skills sets of the individuals in our community, our initiatives and inaugural programs have been formulated around the principles of Dr. Claude Andersons Powernonomics and the successful implementation of these activities will Ultimately lead our Organization and Communities to a place of empowered sufficiency and economical leverage.
